This project was about meeting new people. We needed to make a fabric and sewing based project that centered around an interaction with others. I hand-sewed all of the gloves and hands that represent shaking hands with new people when you meet them. The name tags are all people I met that year, and each tag is written in their handwriting. The main glove has a second empty glove attached for someone to put their hand in to shake with mine.
